Info: Trail is dry up to summit. Steep, loose takes and boulders. Ridge to Mosquito is still covered in snow. Summit is still ugly.

Info: Road is clear to the London Mine TH; it's got some depth of running water in places and is more suited for a good 4WD vehicle with clearance. Hiked London Mountain to the saddle of Tweto/Treasurevault before weather came in. Entire loop is clear of snow on trail - lots of good cornices remain and some snowfields but the exit basin between Tweto and Treasurevault is clean of snow, but wet. Enjoy!

Route: Loop: Kuss, Mosquito, Treasurevault

Info: Started at turnoff at 12 and 696. 4WD road up to Mosquito Creek was impassable in a vehicle due to ice/snow. 4WD road up to the London Mill and to the London Mine was covered in snow drifts. Snowshoes were helpful, and necessary after passing the London Mill. I'd recommend an ice axe and snowshoes for the road up from the London Mill to the London/Kuss saddle. I don't think I could have done this section in crampons or microspikes. Snow was consolidated after the saddle but I kept on my snowshoes the entire way and didn't regret it.

Info: Follow the road from wherever you parked to the saddle of London Mountain and Kuss Peak (formerly "Repeater") then turn west (this is a right turn if you're coming up from Mosquito Creek) onto the ridge. The entire ridge is Class 2 talus with small sections that are less rocky than others. Most of the rock on the ridge is somewhat stable. The summit is obvious since it has a bunch of solar panels and radio equipment on top.

Info: Skied Kuss. The whole Mosquito Pass Basin is fully covered in snow from the valley up. Great spring corn conditions. Due to multiple avalanches blocking the road to the pass you have to park at the winter spot at the junction. You can maybe park 1/4 after it until slide debris. Walked the road 1/2 mile then skinned.

Info: Followed the road off and on up by Oliver Twist lake. Was able to avoid any snow trudging by and large - and was walking on some slopes too. Once on the top - thought I could shave some time off by heading down large snowfield in boot ski fashion - but this was a mistake. Snow got very soft - unable to maintain any stance on it and had to 'swim' back to some rocks on the right to regain the main route down. Party on Garth.

Info: Moderate snowshoe from start of Mosquito Pass 4wd road to Kuss Peak E. Ridge. Deep snow along Kuss Peak E. Ridge. Windscoured conditions on the way to Mosquito Peak and Treasurevault Mountain. Recent snowslide .5 mile up Mosquito Pass 4wd road.

Info: Had to cross a couple of steep snow fields, but the snow was soft enough to kick good steps in.
