Bald Mountain (Breckenridge)

Post by ryiter »

These are photos I took yesterday (May 28th) while snowshoeing up Bald Mountain in Breckenridge. Some parts were too steep for snowshoes and I put on Microspikes.

I took the Summit Stage to the Emmett Lode stop, which is basically right next to the trailhead for Baldy.

nice. I liked Bald mountain, and its got a ton of cool old mining stuff, plus a couple mines that were still open, but gated up.
