Huerfano/Lily Lake Trailhead Conditions?

Thinking about tackling Blanca from Huerfano Trailhead - any info on if you can make it to the upper trailhead and the necessity of snowshoes would be helpful. A shot of Blanca from Lindsay would be great too.
