No, not large ungulates in the Sooner State. I'm wondering about the windy ridge traverse route from Massive (SW slopes) around the cirque-like basin that could terminate at K-49 and drop you back into the north Half-Moon TH.
I searched and found some beta for French Champion Deer (insert your own francophone pun), but nothing specific to this route.

Oklahoma's S ridge goes at class 2. I did it back in June and options abound. The continuing ridge to Deer looked gentle until the top, where it would meet with the standard class 4 section of the NE ridge (haven't done this but the route description is thorough). I've read a few other Deer reports referencing 3rd class stuff coming south off the top. Idk about the other sections of your route. Best of luck!
