My pal Dave Ruttum started his Nolan's attempt last night at 9:05 pm jogging alone with his headlamp from the Fish Hatchery. It looks like he has La Plata and is cruising down to Winfield. He completed the line S-N last year in 63 hours as a scouting effort. He has since learned a lot more about the route and is running strong.
I have great confidence that he'll come in under 60 hours TH-TH and in my opinion he has a shot at the FKT. Stop working in your cubicle and follow along...

Funny. Glad there's a clearly stated goal, to go the distance, and not stop short at the "women's finish" point. GO DAVE!!!

Tiredness is the shortest path to equality and fraternity - and sleep finally adds to them liberty."
When Cthulhu demands something, we had better listen and stop working in our cubicles! This is going to be exciting, and I am glad the runner posted that he is doing TH-TH to set everyone's expectations to match his! I am rooting for a FKT.
