 I'm back on the incline.
I finally got my lazy butt back up the incline. I was really curious to see what effects a month at sea level would do to my time. I started my stopwatch at the bottom, and as I neared the bail-out, I checked my time only to see that I must have double punched the button when I started it. It was stopped at 0.04 seconds. Oh well. I slowed down after that and even allowed myself a sit-down break for once. I'll be more observant the next time I hit the trail. I took some pics to show the conditions. They are advanced spring time. Nearly every thing is dry and only one small piece of ice on trail that is easy to get around. If you finish via the creek trail, there is a long ice section just above the paved road, but it can be skirted on the left. I will not be uploading condition reports for each hike from here on out unless it snows again or something crazy on the trail just needs to be shown.
