A nice day on Mt. Sniktau
Zac and I decided to get out a climb a mountain. We left Denver around 8:15 and arrived at Loveland pass around 9:30. We began hiking shortly after. Our first objective was to gain point 12,915, this took us only about a half hour. Once we arrived here we could see most of the Tenmile Range and Front Range. Our next objective was point 13,152. This only took a few minutes and we could finally see Mt. Sniktau 13,234. First we had to decend around 150 feet to a saddle in order to get to Sniktau. We summited Mt. Sniktau in an hour and a half not to long for a 13er. It only took us 45 min to decend. This was a great trip that only took a few hours.
