 Massive from Halfmoon

Drive to Halfmoon trailhead is easy and my low clearance Prius had no difficulty.

Started at 7:30 and summited at 11:50. Massive is pretty steep in the middle up to the saddle but a pleasant walk otherwise. There was a bit of snow at the top, but you could either avoid it by clamboring across the top of the ridge, or you could miss the 3' postholing by carefully stepping in other's tracks. The trail is a bit harder to see after you reach the saddle, but just follow the ridge to the false summit and then to the real summit.

Weatherwise it was a beautiful cloudless day. The top of Massive was a great place to avoid the tornadoes and hail in Denver.
