 Mount Ouray hike up

A trip to Mount Ouray, from Marshall Pass. It clocked 6.6 miles round trip. Coros watch got 3,400 ft of gain total. The trail by now is very well trudged on all the way to the ridge (a mile and half), and there, between the rocks, but the rocks are definitely taking time to get through. Also smaller ups and down on the ridge. It took us 2 hrs to the top, and 1:20 back down (some jogging last mile and change). Beautiful absolutely stunning fall morning, no wind, blue sky. The road to Marshall pass is well graded (dirt, but easy).
