Approach Selected: Long Way via Elkhead Pass

Approximate Route Specs:

Distance: 14+ miles

Elevation Gain: 5,500'+ gain

Class: 2+

This qualifies as quite an excellent way to climb a classic top One-hundred 13er mountain, and its neighbor, via the indicated breathtaking, nice, and relaxing line. I highly recommend our trip. It is relatively straightforward. But, healthy cardio conditioning assists tremendously.
