My wife and I had a great hike Saturday 7/16. No S.W.A.T. team, fences, signs, etc. It was hiking as usual with a moderate flow of traffic. Each time we peaked there were only a handful (or none on Lincoln) of people. Only disappointment was having vehicles pass us on the way up Bross. I wasnt aware when we peaked there would be S.U.V.s on top. The descent from Bross was least enjoyable part of trip. Steep and loose gravel and rocks. Slid most of the way. Great colors at the base, however. Wildflowers in full bloom.
