Nice report on a challenging hike
7/8/2018 10:23am
I've been to Green Lake a couple of times and looked longingly
at Pagoda, but never quite got up the gumption to climb it. One
thing that put me off (apart from age, laziness, etc.) is that
I've heard the slope from Green Lake up to the ridge between
Pagoda and Keyboard of the Winds is something of a scree fest.
Was that your experience?

In any case Pagoda is one of the lesser visited jewels of RMNP
and I enjoyed the read and pics.

Summarizing, very rewarding experience. Pleasant and slightly steep. Merely have to move methodically.
