7/19/2020 Route: From Sunlight Lake Posted On: 7/19/2020, By: supranihilest Info: From our camp we took a trail almost directly west under Jagged Mountain and to the upper lake below Knife Point. It's then an easy Class 2 to Class 2+ hike up kitty litter slopes to the summit. Killer views of Sunlight Peak, Peak Ten, Jagged Mountain, and Noname Basin from the summit of Knife Point. Photos: 1) Wildflowers en route to Knife Point. 2 and 3) Approach terrain. 4) Ankle deep scree on Knife Point, wheeeeeeeeeeeee. 5) Absolutely embarrassing photo Garrett took of Whiley and I posing like stupid nerds. NOTE: Since this was ascended a while ago and I'm just now getting back to internet, I've put today's date for visibility, since there hasn't otherwise been recent updates for the peak.
