Route: Out and back from 13,140

Info: The ridge looks intimidating but is easier than it looks. From 13,140's subsummit either take a loose, exposed Class 3 down climb or skirt the subsummit on Class 2 terrain to climber's right. This first down climb is the crux if you take it. From there it's generally Class 2ish atop the ridge crest or on a number of Elk-style ledges around ridge difficulties until you reach a very narrow notch with extremely steep gullies on either side. This would be the crux if you bypassed the first. Be very careful here, the rock is Elky garbage and even large blocks may not be attached. Continue across more Class 2 until you reach a steep, ledgy, Class 2+ down climb that's covered in scree and talus. From that point it's generally Class 2ish to the saddle with 13,180 B, then all Class 2 on a now wider ridge until just below the summit block of 13,180 B. Climb the first Class 2+ section up ledges, bypass a bizarre looking blobby white rock in the middle of the ridge on either side (left seemed better), then climb up more Class 2+ ledges to the summit. We reversed the ridge back to 13,140 and Rustler Gulch. About 50 minutes each way. Rock along the entire ridge is typical Elk choss.
