Conundrum couloir is still in good shape. Despite a late start entering the couloir at 10am, the snow was firm but just a bit slippery. Only an hour earlier and it would have been totally fine. The ridge to Castle Peak and down its standard route (northeast ridge) is completely dry. The Headwall can be done either on snow or rock. |
