There is an impressive avalanche (maybe within the past week) slide and debris field right above lake and towards the foot of the glacier. Completely sketched me out until I was half way up the glacier The winds stopped me short of James Pk but I did summit Kingston, a 12er, as a consolation prize. I used snowshoes from the the trailhead/all day |
