I booked a June slot several months ago and never got any kind of confirmation email. After hearing about some tech issues from at least one other person, I printed the "Checkout" page that has my reservation number on it. I decided to email the ranch a couple weeks ago to double check that we were still good to go, and I never heard back. I was definitely charged for the entry, though.
Do they typically send a confirmation/receipt when you book the reservation? Am I just being overly paranoid here?

Re: Culebra Reservation Confirmation?
From what I remember they do not send confirmation. Seems like a good thing to do to reduce confusion or uncertainty. I’ve heard here, though, that if you get charged you’re good to go, and that was how it went for me two years ago.MidsizeAl wrote: ↑Thu Jun 05, 2025 2:30 pm I booked a June slot several months ago and never got any kind of confirmation email. Thanks for this! I kind of assumed so. Better safe than sorry...greenonion wrote: ↑Thu Jun 05, 2025 3:45 pm From what I remember they do not send confirmation. Re: Culebra Reservation Confirmation?
I received an email confirmation when I booked back in April. I went last Friday on May 30. I also got automated email reminders. Carlos is usually good about responding so I'm not sure what's up, but I would assume you're good to go. You'll need your driver's license handy when you check in at the ranch gate.

That confirmation may be newer, or my memory may be older. Good luck with the registration and with summiting!ColoNativeGal wrote: ↑Fri Jun 06, 2025 3:08 pm I received an email confirmation when I booked back in April. I went last Friday on May 30. Re: Culebra Reservation Confirmation?
I never got one for early March this year (which I booked that same week). But I emailed Carlos directly to confirm and he had me on the list.ColoNativeGal wrote: ↑Fri Jun 06, 2025 3:08 pm I received an email confirmation when I booked back in April. Re: Culebra Reservation Confirmation?
I just checked, I didn't get a confirmation per se when I booked, but did get an email of sort of an acknowledgment of my reservation with a few documents with the rules of the road...
Re: Culebra Reservation Confirmation?
Thanks for the replies, everyone. I just went ahead and emailed Carlos directly (I had used the website form the first time) and he replied right away saying I was good to go
