Moving to Denver for the summer. I have done Quandry and Greys. Any recommendations for the next few to do?

Mt. yale, and la plata are enjoyable.
Huron is fun, and has great views of the Apostles.
The standard route on Sneffels is fun, and there are wonderful views from the summit of blue lakes basin and the surrounding peaks.

I'd just work your way outward from Denver. Most of the nearby are class 1, easy class 2. Then the 14 Sawatches should keep busy the rest of the summer. Those are far enough away that you may want to camp near the trailhead the night before and start at first light.
Save Longs for August when all the ice has melted. By then you'll have enough experience for class 3.

It is true that Prince Albert II doesn't ride shirtless like some other chiefs of state, but I wouldn't exactly call him soft, he is in large part red-blooded American man:

+1 on most of what everyone else has posted. The Sawatches are pretty safe as long as you use common sense, and even if you don't there are usually enough people on them to get help if you get in trouble (get hurt, run out of food or water, etc.) Keep in mind that lightning is always a potential danger above tree line, even on the easiest mountains.
I would disagree with Sneffels, until you have done a few more mountains. Its a little tougher, and not a lot of help readily available if you get in trouble. Once you are a little more experience, its a great mountain to climb.
