Yes. The spire is rated 5.10 I think, and all of the CO 14ers can be accessed by a route no harder than class 4.

It's not quite true since it's just short of 14,000 feet. At one time it would thought that it might be right at 14,000 feet but LiDAR shows it most likely at 13,996. The topo maps shows it at 13,995. At one time there was was a suspected five foot correction of the geiod vs ellipsoid which caused the initial stir that it could be an unranked 14er.

I can’t find a definitive list of all points (Oblisks, Spires, etc) above 13.995K+ in Colorado. Does anyone have a reputable source on that?

There wouldn't be a definitive list without a set criteria. Otherwise every rock or sand grain on a mountain could count. Coming up with a list of all points with a closed contour wouldn't be that hard.

I consulted Roach’s 14er guidebook. Sunlight Spire is the hardest by climbing grade on his list. Although he doesn’t make the claim in his narrative.

Not a chance. There are probably thousands of them on the eastern plains that would be incredibly boring to get to, plus there's the private property issue.

I assumed they meant "closed contours avove 14k," in which case I would guess yes, probably all points above 14k in CO, no matter how minor, have probably been visited at some point, even if unintentionally.

Except you missed the comment where it was stated the Spire is only 13,996 according to LiDAR survey. So the statement is false.
