It's hard to give,"beta" at this point. Pike's is still getting hammered at this time. I'm planning a trip up the Y-col mid next week, after the snow consolidates.

Usually I can see Pikes right out my office window. I haven't been able to see any of the mountains since early Tuesday morning. But I can tell you that it has been raining and snowing on and off in the springs so I would assume that there is quite a bit of new snow on Pikes. I'll update if the sun comes out and we can see the mountain again!

Let me know if you got that relpy. My outbox has failed me in the past, and some folks out there though I was a prick. Which still might be the case.

Looks like it could be snowing heavily on Pikes right now, there is some steady rain just to the south.

From this web cam shot of the summit this afternoon, I'd say something nasty is going on up there!

snow was pretty good on the peak yesterday. A little soft, but consolidating well. Plenty of snow in the couloirs. Weather this spring is a bit more rainy/stormy than usual I think. Keep an eye on the weather.

Just wondering if anyone has recent info on Crags to just hike up Pikes this weekend. Not looking for any ski info.

Snowshoes? Anything out of the ordinary for May? Thanks in advance for any info.
