I would suggest Bierstadt or Evans as both trailheads are easily accessed by paved road, but do get there early as they fill up fast on a weekend. If you are coming from sea level give yourself at least a few days to get accustomed to the elevation and bring a liter or two of extra water as you will want to drink more to help stave off altitude sickness. In general I would recommend doing the more popular 14ers on a weekday, but if that is not an option you need to show up early (like before 6AM) if you don't want to be parked a ways down the road from the TH. Grays and Torreys make for a nice combo but make sure you rent an SUV/Crossover with decent ground clearance as Stevens Gulch Road feasts on the oil pans of passenger cars.
