summit access - waiver

Information on current and past 14er closures, usually due to private property issues.

Yes, beginning on February 6th this was discussed in the Mount Lindsey Closure thread: viewtopic.php?t=60776. Start on page 37 to read the discussion.

I played with it though I didn't submit a waiver. Bill Middlebrook stated that there were a few more questions to clarify with the owners before this is a go, such as which routes are allowed.
