Razorback almost made it to the saddle between two 14ers. This is funnier than the semi stuck between Marble and Crystal last month.

He'll have to do this again. Don't think he got the requisite 3,000 ft.

It looks like they just traded in their Tundra for a new GMC Canyon.

Actually, not really relevant, or I'd rather say really not relevant. These roads originate from the Bristlecone Scenic area, accessible through CR 783 that branches off CR8 before Kite Lake.
These roads are on public lands until they go through private lands at ~ 13,000 ft under the summit of Bross. What I don't know though and what Caltopo doesn't say is whether the roads past that point are public or private.
In the latter case, don't expect me to feel sorry for the owners for not having gated it (unless there are signs that indicate that the road is private and that the driver ignored them). In the former case, might it be time for the USFS to restrict access to this road? I'd think so.

I think there's been documented instances of vehicles reaching the summit of Bross, whether it be by trespassing or not.

Are you exempt from the $20 overnight fee if you park up there?

The driver did have to walk down to Alma, so he got the downclimb part.

Its a testament to CFI's trailbuilding, that a 14er trail looks like a road. :-D
