Rubik's Cube on all 58 14ers (Video)

Hello 14ers.com!
This summer, I restarted my 14er list with the goal to finish all 58 as soon as reasonably possible. I started on June 22, and finished after 54 days on August 14.

But I also had a side goal: to solve a 3x3 Rubik's Cube on top of each peak. I have a fairly successful YouTube channel on the topic of "cubing," so I filmed every solve and compiled them in this video:

Hahaha brilliant, especially the knife edge solve Were you sketched about dropping it? Did you bring extras in case?

My little brother and I used to be into cubing and I remember our best time ever was 29 seconds...with an OLL and PLL skip. I'm pretty sure he watches your videos and he's way better than I am at it now and loves cubing.

So the first couple times I saw the title of this thread in the list I just kind of rolled my eyes and scrolled on, but finally curiosity got the best of me - this is really sweet!

But solving it one handed while crossing the Knife Edge is what really won me over - that was the perfect ending! Well done!

Oh yes, and completing all 58 14ers in 54 days was also nice! But a Rubik's Cube one-handed while crossing the Knife Edge - that's a much more rare accomplishment!

Not surprised to see other cubers on this forum... it takes someone with an obsessive personality to get really into peakbagging, and definitely to get into cubing. Both fulfilling in a personal accomplishment kind of way, but still able to pull it out as a party trick or a cool story. Thanks for jogging my memory on this fantastic hobby I used to have!
