There's definitely quite a bit of snow on Missouri... it might be prudent to carry an axe and crampons for the ridge, if you are taking the standard route. You definitely dont need snowshoes to get up across the gulch in the morning if there is a decent freeze overnight, but you might want them for the afternoon.

We climbed Missouri at this time a couple of years ago and made the mistake of leaving snow shoes in camp after a hard freeze, then spending too much time on the summit on a sunny day. The result? After a wonderful glissade down to the basin, we spent the next two or so hours wallowing in chest deep slush
trying to get back to a rock rib. We were soaked by the time we got back to camp.
Remember, that's a south east facing slope and cooks starting real early. You might plan on A) Skiing down, B) getting down very early, or C) carrying your snow shoes :D
By the way, Belford was almost completely clear of snow just like the OP, but there was a lot of snow in the basin under Missouri
