I have not done 10 that I would call favorite yet, but these are my top picks.
Pacific east ridge
Father Dyer-Crystal Loop
12er Mount Neva
Fletcher from Blue Lakes is not really a scramble but is one of my favorite hikes.

Re: Favorite 13er Scrambles
Father Dyer (north)east ridge. Possibly my favorite ridge ever.
The ridge between the Buffalo Peaks. Low scramble-to-approach ratio, but interesting.
Hmmm, I guess most of my favorite 13ers aren't scrambles....

Re: Favorite 13er Scrambles
I havent done enought to have a top 10 and all of these are on the easier end of scrambling But I really like:
IPW:
Navajo via the Airplane Gully
Apache Peak (did this as a snow route up the Queensway In late June this year)
San Juans:
Vermillion Peak (The views in Ice Lake Basin are tough to beat)
I am thinking of hitting the south ridge of Wheeler mountain in the next week or two so maybe I will add that one to the list as well.

Re: Favorite 13er Scrambles
This should be fun!
My list of favorite 13er scrambles, in no particular order, and based on quality of the route, per my personal preference (exhilarating sustained class 3 with good rock and fun route finding). I'll try not to let this list be influenced by weather, season, surroundings, wildlife, or partners (throw those items into the mix and that would be the "total experience", which is a more personal list).
So based on the scramble alone...
1. E. ridge of Keller Mountain, Gore Range.
2. South Arapaho to North Arapaho Traverse, IPW.
3. S. ridge of West Partner Peak, Gore.
4. S. ridge of East Partner Peak, Gore.
5. N. face of Cherokee (aka UN12130), IPW.
Of those, I think Cherokee in the west IPW is my favorite route based on sustained class 3 on solid rock with fun route finding.

Re: Favorite 13er Scrambles
Too many to choose. Here are 10 good ones, some well known, some not as much.
13ers:
The Grand Traverse
Eagles Nest
Partners (Gores)
If it weren't for loose rock, Gladstone would be up there too, but it's a little loose.
Non 13ers:
Lone Eagle
Outlaw Peak (some technical sections)
Devils Causeway
Wilson-El Diente Ridge
NE Ridge Lone Cone
Wild Mountain

Re: Favorite 13er Scrambles
Five more 13er scrambles to round out my ten. I'd repeat any of these, they're that good.
The Citadel to Hagar ridge run, Front
East ledges of Apache, IPW
Hagues Peak from the Saddle, RMNP
Storm Peak from the Keyhole, RMNP
Mount Meeker via the Loft, RMNP
And a new one for me...Valhalla from the east.

Re: Favorite 13er Scrambles
I like this thread. Brings out the hipsters.
I've got far too few peaks under my belt to have many original ideas, but I will throw my vote in for already mentioned:
Valhalla from the east, even more so if you traverse from Snow and add on Palomino Pt for kicks
East Partner, especially if you run into Gore Galore while you're hiking with good partners
Hagar-Citadel
Arapaho Traverse
Apache-Navajo
Also...
SW Ridge of Hagerman
The combo of Tijeras-->Music via either ridge should make anyone's day.
I'm looking forward to more good ideas. It appears I've done entirely too many walk-up 13ers.

Re: Favorite 13er Scrambles
Lordhelmet, the ridge is sort of cool looking, but just how loose is it? From certain angles it appears to be super nasty.10- thunder pyramid to pyramid traverse
