Kayaking allowed on Grizzly Reservoir?

Kayaking allowed on Grizzly Reservoir?
Looking to try to snag a camp spot at Portal and wanted to check if kayaking was allowed on the reservoir? Just leisure, nothing crazy. I tried to look stuff up online and couldn't come across a definitive answer, although I didn't see anything that wasn't allowed. Just wanted to double check before stirring any waters...

Replying for other's awareness. I brought them up and it is indeed allowed on the reservoir. Great weekend at that spot.
