As others have noted, you can avoid the snow by hiking around, but in many places it is easier to hike across. It should be gone in 2 to 3 weeks. Met some guys who slept on the top and they said it was clear all night. The snow is good for glissading, it isn't super fast (7mph) and that's a good thing. And it's a lot more fun than walking. |
