Just heard about this. Really hoping that monkey pulls out of this and is found, which I'm sure he will be. Prayers are with him.

I expect Talus Monkey to get through this, he sounds like a tough nut. All good thoughts for him, I hope they get him soon.
May your trails be crooked, winding, lonesome, dangerous, leading to the most amazing view. May your mountains rise into and above the clouds.

I came to the site to post something about this because I saw it on the news today and found that everyone is already responding quite quickly. I too will send my thoughts and prayers to TalusMonkey and USAKeller.

Man, I wish I had saw this last night. David will be alright, I'm sure of it... with this many people thinking for him, I'm sure he will. I just looked outside... they're in the clouds right now. David, when you're reading this, know we were all waiting with baited breath for your return... whip cream is in your near future!

I have met the Monkey and talked with him many times. Good fella.
TM,
Since I know you'll read this whole thread, I've recruited several people to pray for you until I hear you're safe. That includes me. I am not too worried about you, given the updated news report.

This is definitely NOT the post I wanted to read when I logged on this morning. David, I will be thinking of you constantly until you are safe!

Caroline, I am so glad you were there to get help and that you were able to leave gear for him. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help.

Best,
Jen

Don't overlook the power of the pimp suit.

Thoughts and prayers to you.
