 Southwest slopes   

Mt. Columbia:

1. Road to TH still blocked with snow in spots. We parked about 1.4 miles from TH.
2. Massive avalanche down SW gully which uprooted and covered hundreds of trees.
3. Hard pack to corn conditions on southeast facing slopes.

Fresh snow on Sunday night should make for great conditions.

Quite a run there. It‘s a perennial I think. Here‘s a view from above:

Do you have any shots from above to show the extent of the new run? When do you think it occured?

I‘ll be getting up there for Harvard before too long - thanks for the info and photos.
