My wife, little girl and myself drove out to finish off Lincoln, Bross, Cameron on Thanksgiving Day. Although we drove and got to Kite Lake, we did not continue on due to high and cold wind and I was worried about it as how it might affect the little one. I cannot provide a trip report of the climb itself since we didn‘t take a chance in doing it, but the road from Alma to Kite Lake is completely fine! As of yesterday you can make the drive all the way up to the trail head if anyone is interested. There are a few spots where you drive in snow and a little ice, but it is very minor. Nearly the entire road is dry. A 4wd is not necessarily even needed. From the naked eye, the range definately looked doable to climb. There was snow present however it didn‘t look like anything major to worry about. Hope this helps anybody who was thinking of doing this range?

Yes, even though a little time has passed, not much snow (till yesterday.) So my guess is the road was fairly clear till then. Possibly looking at going to that area this weekend.
