Unbelievably beautiful day. Not a cloud in the sky til around 11:00. Left 4wd parking lot at 6:30 am. Summitted at 9:00am, back to parking at 11:15. Met some nice folks from the Denver, albuquerque areas. Also met a nice fella from minnesota. Great trail, there has been tons of hours put in on maintenance and improvement. Thank you to those who poured in the hours We did take an unplanned detour back to the parking lot via a smaller but still nice trail. Probably shaved a bit off the distance. The road was very accessible via atv.
