 Mt Audubon standard trail

I hiked Audubon today. The weather was perfect for a hike. Saw a Ptarmigan on the trail. Folks were all friendly. The round trip hike is 8 miles and it took me about 5 hours. Wind at the top was brisk. Some folks in shorts and little else did not look very comfortable.

The smoke from the California fires puts quite a bit of haze in the views. Mt. Audubon hike does not have much to view during the ascent, but the views from the top are worth the effort.
