 Spring ascent of standard route  

A great trip up the standard route, at least as close to the standard route as we could stay. There was still a lot of snow. The link below has all the details. Lots of pictures, so be patient loading it.

You had snowshoes and ice axes; did you carry crampons?

We put on crampons soon after reaching the ridge and wore them the rest of the way to the summit and back.
