You should have been with us the day before. I believe the road closure is at about 11,100 feet (solar powered outhouse). We had very firm right out of the car door to the top of the Lav Col. No wind. We chose a late start because we thought the cloud cover woulld make for slow thaw and we had a report from the day before that at 1:00pm at Blue Lakes it was still hard. We started around 7:00 and started skiing around 10:45. Skied the skiers left Birthday chute (I think), I agree only one looked like it went.
