 Belford and the Wind

Summit of Belford on 29 June--steep but a good trail; a lovely valley up to the "ramp" and beyond. What got me was the wind that day--downhill, uphill, sideways going up with clouds moving like they had someplace to go. Snow or frost up at the top but not bad. Estimate the winds at 20-40 with obvious windchill issues. Time to find some light gloves that insulate better! Will have to come back for Oxford but did see others going that way. The path in the saddle and up that mount appears to have snow as well but not deep.
