 Throwback to #6 - #9 DeCaLiBro Loop

Throwback Thursday to #6 - #9 DeCaLiBro Loop

Did the standard loop starting with Mt. Democrat. On too Mt. Cameron and Mt. Lincoln which are pretty much the same, and over to Mr. Bross and "South Mt. Bross" which are pretty much the same as well. Entire round trip was 4.5 hours. I met a good client of mine at the top and enjoyed walking with he and his dog for a moment. I run into a lot of clients in the middle of the woods. I find it funny how many recognize me and sometimes recognize only my voice way out in the middle of no where. Well hope to see more of you out there!

Mt. Cameron and Mt. Lincoln from the summit of Mt. Democrat. A trail exists through the entire loop.

This from the summit of Mt. Lincoln. From here its a barren hike over to Mt. Bross. I remember this being dry and hot part of the day.

Meet a fellow skydiver on Mt. Bross and he and I decided to go over to "South Mt. Bross". He took this summit photo of me with some hikers on Mt. Bross in the background. I probably should not say fellow skydiver as I have not jumped in 15 years but I remember that was the conversation. And now you know Duke so you can say "hi" when you see me about or the one on the mountain with the bike. This photo does show how vast and barren Mt. Bross can be.
