Im gonna barrow Jamie's term here "Zombie Day" - defined as a flip over day from a graveyard stretch in which one goes out to ski the springs all time conditions on very limited sleep. On this day Jamie gets off work at 0730 sleeps for 4 hours then meets me for a noon start to climb and ski Woods Mtn. We ski'd a wonderful line off the North face of the summit.

Great pics! There is so much snow back there right now! How is the parking situation at Ruby Gulch? The old sign before the before the mines says no parking next 3 miles, and there are no parking signs by Ruby Gulch. Where did you park?

to be honest not sure on the official parking status by Urad...I’ve been back there twice this year, early spring and this trip...didnt see anyone else and no official vehicles either time. There are a few pull outs we used...to get off the road. Does anyone know official parking status ?
