Our first 14er only 3 days after moving to CO. Granted, we drove 95% of the way up, then it proceeded to snow/white out forcing us to turn around before going all the way up, it will always be our first summit!

dwoods15....So how do you summit democrat from kite lake? It is only a 2100 foot vertical, is that not a real 14er? Cappsies, congrats on your first 14er...it gets addicting, be carefull.
