Lincoln - from the Quartzville site

I got to the trailhead about 645a and was already fighting the hellacious winds. Only about 40 outside, I layered up and hit the trail. It took about 3 hours to summit, partially because I'm old but more because I'm out of shape and havent hit the trail in over 3 months. The trail was clean and without snow until roughly 13000 and really for only about 500 feet or so. It was extremely windy coming through Cameron's Gulch where the winds must have been pushing 30-40 knots and 215 lbs around real easy!

...in the future, such submissions would better fit into the ”Condition Updates” section.
