This was a geart day.
Drove a ford fusion all the way to the gate with no issues other than dust. Road was in great shape, with out ruts or large pot holes.
Started about 6:30 with no issues. Had heard about some wind, but no real issues. This made it a little warmer than we were dressed for. so we had to peel a few layers. Great day and easy hike with my 12 yr old son. Many kids on this hike, and it is a good one to start with.
