When Bill says this is a long hike, he means this is a L O N G hike

Downed trees too numerous to count made the hike through the forest resemble a jungle gym

The final pitch to the summit - I call it the cap - perhaps I didn't look hard enough but I didn't keep it class 2 but rather a class 3 scramble so be prepared - there were a few "If I fall it could be game over" moments

I thought - why didn't I bring my Harvard sweatshirt because I would have put it on at the summit for a photo!

A beautiful hike and really great weather that day!

It sure is long, isn't it? Long but rewarding and beautiful. Looks like you had a nice day!
