Sherman - SW Ridge from Fourmile Creek

Started at 7:30. I have two novice climbers with me, so it took a bit longer than expected. We got back to the trailhead at 1:30. It was a beautiful day, if not a bit windy. There is hardly any snow left. In fact, there would only two spots with any notable snow. First, getting onto the summit ridge. This is a tad steep/exposed, which makes it the only tricky part of the the climb (and is still by no means hard). Then, second, as you top out on home stretch to the summit. This is mostly flat at this point, though, so its not difficult at all. Its a very, very straightforward climb overall. Very hard to get lost, especially with the snow gone. It has a gentle grade, that increases slightly as you go up the mountain. Hope that helps!
