7/12/09 (Sunday). We drove from Georgetown to the TH at 5 pm. The first 6 miles from Georgetown are under construction. We encountered 2 traffic lights along this stretch. If you catch the red light, it takes 10 minutes to get the green again. The road is closed 8am-11am, then 1pm-3pm (M-F), then closed from 9pm-6am according to the flagman. During construction hours, the flagmen monitor the traffic flow, otherwise it is the traffic lights. The road was in good condition otherwise.
