As of May 24, the road is open. The one-way traffic lights are still in tact, but seem to run pretty smoothly (we didn‘t wait long when we were stalled by the lights). I‘d suggest a call ahead if you‘re planning to drive the pass during the week in case the road closures (due to the construction) still apply.
