Definitely changed since the last report 5 days ago - most of the route was covered in snow that created near white out conditions due to the newly deposited snow blowing everywhere. TH to Cupid was wind blown/packed snow, to Grizzy was a mix of packed snow and some exposed rock, and the cornice and slopes between Grizzly and Torreys were very hard packed. Minimum need would be an ice axe and microspikes on this section, but that will probably change over the next few days. The slopes between Torreys and Grays had a substantial amount of snow that was packed by the wind and it was definitely not necessary to have snowshoes on any of the route.
