Summer conditions the entire way. No snow on the entire route. Note: southwest slopes of Massive also looked bone dry.

You missed me by a day! I enjoyed the trail once off Halfmoon, the little ridge was fun once you switchbacked up that cliff beyond the log bridge. The climb up the ramp went quick, but the final slope to the two summits was a bit of a slog. I really liked the view into the Fryingpan River Basin! Deer Mountain to the south looks really interesting, so I'll be back probably next year and do it from the North Fork TH below Indy Pass. Never underestimate the seemingly easy 13ers! I sure did and was glad to finally get to the top! You can really see why Mt Massive lives up to it's name, incredible!
