Good boot pack up to timberline. Between timberline and saddle, trail vanishes - mixed powder and wind blown hard layers. We wore snowshoes to the first rocky outcropping. From there to summit, no flotation or traction required. Pretty wind blown with a few patches of snow that were not a big deal. |
