Climbed Mt. Sheridan and Peerless yesterday from fourmile creek. There is a perfect boot/snowshoe pack all the way up into the basin. We turned left in the upper basin to hike up a few exposed rock bands/slopes to get to the base of the SE face of Sheridan. We went straight up the SE face on loose talus until we intersected with a trail that switchbacked up the windblown face. We had snowshoes but didn't use them all day. |
