Trail is 98% clear of snow. We had to cross 3-4 very small snowfields and post-holed maybe 3 times tops! (first 14er this year with little to no post-holing is very exciting!) It was our first time up there and we never lost the route. Silver Creek is raging! The trail on the saddle over to Sunshine has some snow covering it, but route finding was not and should not be an issue.

How was the road to the TH?

The road to the trailhead was %100 clear. I made it up in a 2005 Honda Civic

How did the connecting ridge look to Sunshine?

The connecting trail was in snow free for about the first half, then there was some snow on the northern side of the ridge, but it was totally avoidable because you can still reach the peak by staying on the other side of the trail. Just some route improvising over the shifting rocks haha but no special equipment (microspikes) was needed at all.
